By purchasing or using any The Clipping Income Method product or service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The Clipping Income Method ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Theo Gilardo, a sole proprietor based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact: support@clippingincomemethod.com.

2. What you're buying

The Clipping Income Method products are digital training and an AI-assisted content methodology — videos, written guides, playbooks, templates, downloadable swipe files, and prompt libraries. The materials are delivered electronically via your members area.

3. License (what you can and can't do with the content)

When you buy an The Clipping Income Method product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and apply the materials in your own business. You may use what you learn — the method itself — commercially in your own creator business. That is the point of the product.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the training materials with anyone else
• Post the training materials publicly (on blogs, YouTube, file-sharing sites, Discord servers, etc.)
• Use the training materials to create a directly competing product
• Remove copyright notices or claim authorship
• Train AI models on our content without written permission

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and, in serious cases, legal action.

4. Payment, billing, and price changes

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• One-time purchases are charged in full at checkout.
• Where a payment plan is offered, you authorise us to charge the same card on the agreed schedule. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until resolved.
• We may change product pricing at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

5. Refunds

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on our products. See our Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.

6. Account & access

• Your members-area access is tied to the email you used at checkout. Use the same email when logging in.
• Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Sharing accounts with anyone else is prohibited. We may revoke access for shared accounts without refund.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. No income or results guarantee

The Clipping Income Method teaches a methodology. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, view count, or campaign approval. Your success depends on your effort, the quality of the clips you produce, and many factors outside our control. See the Earnings Disclaimer for the full disclosure.

8. Third-party platforms

Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to any specific brand campaign or content-reward platform. Your use of any such platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with any content-reward platform mentioned in our training, and we are not responsible for their approval decisions, payout policies, or account actions.

9. Third-party services

We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), Meta Pixel + Conversions API (advertising analytics), and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings) to deliver the product. Their respective terms also apply to your use of the service. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third parties.

10. Intellectual property

All The Clipping Income Method content (text, video, audio, code, designs, branding) is the property of Theo Gilardo and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Clipping Income Method wordmark is a trademark of Theo Gilardo.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and content are provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, in no event shall Theo Gilardo, The Clipping Income Method, or any of our service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless you are a consumer and applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

16. EU consumer right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. However, by accepting these Terms and starting to use the digital content immediately after purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the digital content you've accessed. Our voluntary 180-day refund offer (see Refund Policy) goes far beyond this minimum.

17. Changes to these Terms

If we materially change these Terms, we'll notify active customers by email at least 14 days before the change. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
